Website information and service inquiries

The website introduces Northbeam Solutions’ services, methods, experience, and perspectives. Descriptions of possible engagements, timelines, deliverables, and staffing arrangements are informational unless incorporated into an applicable written agreement.

Contacting Northbeam Solutions, submitting an inquiry, or booking a conversation does not by itself create a consulting, employment, agency, or other contractual relationship, or obligate either party to proceed. Scope, fees, responsibilities, delivery commitments, and work-product ownership are established separately.

Demonstrations and AI content

Interactive office experiences, sample briefings, workflow examples, and other demonstrations illustrate possible approaches. Synthetic examples and research-stage work are not evidence of a particular client’s results or a guarantee of production performance.

The conversation-brief tool organizes the information you enter for a discussion. It is not a completed assessment, proposal, or professional recommendation, and preparing a brief does not submit it to Northbeam Solutions.

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. Website content and demonstrations are not a substitute for appropriate human review, testing, or the professional judgment required for a specific use. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. A service description does not guarantee savings, revenue, accuracy, compliance, or another business outcome.

Permitted use

You may access the website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may share links to public pages and use content as permitted by applicable law or a license stated with that content.

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, information, or nonpublic parts of the website.
• Introduce malicious code, disrupt the website, or circumvent access or security controls.
• Submit fraudulent, unlawful, harassing, or infringing material, or impersonate another person.
• Harvest personal information or use the website to send unsolicited bulk messages.
• Misrepresent an affiliation with Northbeam Solutions or remove ownership notices from copied materials.

These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to restrict.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise identified, website text, design, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Northbeam Solutions or used with permission. Except as allowed by law or an express license, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Northbeam Solutions names and marks may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation without authorization. Third-party names, logos, certifications, and marks belong to their respective owners. Their display does not expand the scope of any stated relationship or credential.

Ownership and licensing of client deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement, not these Website Terms.

Information you submit

Provide only information you are authorized to share. Do not include patient information, passwords, account credentials, sensitive personal records, or confidential client materials in website inquiries or initial messages. Ask us to arrange an appropriate exchange channel first.

You retain rights in the materials you provide. Sending an inquiry permits Northbeam Solutions to use its contents to respond and evaluate your request, subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement. It does not grant an unrestricted license to publish your material or use it to train third-party AI models.

An inquiry does not establish a nondisclosure agreement. If confidentiality terms are needed before a discussion, arrange those terms before disclosing confidential material.

Privacy and third-party services

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in connection with the website and related inquiries. These Website Terms do not replace that policy or waive applicable privacy rights.

The website may link to scheduling tools, research, or other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Northbeam Solutions is not responsible for their content or operation merely because a link is provided.

Availability and disclaimers

We may update, remove, suspend, or restrict website content or features, including to address maintenance, legal requirements, or misuse.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its informational materials are provided as available and without warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or suitability for a specific decision.

Nothing in this section changes a warranty or service commitment expressly provided in a separate written agreement.

Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Northbeam Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website.

This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. It does not change liability provisions in a separate written agreement or remove statutory rights that cannot be waived.

Changes and interpretation

Revised Website Terms will identify their effective date. Changes are intended to apply prospectively, subject to any notice or assent required by applicable law.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the ability to enforce it later.
